The research was announced last month by the federal Minister of Australia Broadband, Communications and the Digital Economy, Stephen Conroy. He will emphasize that Australian consumers are paying more for high technology products and video games, looking for public presentations to consumers and businesses, to provide the government with legal options to solve the problem.
The research was conducted by the House of Representatives Standing Committee on Infrastructure and Communications and chaired by Nick Champion.
