Dragon Age lead writer David Gaider discussions at the Game Developers Conference next month on "risks and challenges" to address sexuality in games.

next month at the Game Developers Conference 2013 organizers have announced.

Gaider, BioWare is working since 1999 and currently head writer for Dragon Age III: Inquisition, discuss issues of sexism and sexuality in contemporary games.
  • "Games have reached the point where realistic depictions of sex and adult relationships are possible, but what does this mean for us as developers?" Reads a line in the description of the discussion. "How much responsibility do we have to address issues of sexism and sexuality, we inadvertently make statements about what is acceptable, even if we do not mean anything?"
  • Gaider discuss "risks and challenges related to" treat (or not treat) sexism and sexuality in games. Participants will also hear Gaider discuss the benefits of inclusion in the debate.
  • Aa> Other remarkable GDC 2013 presentations are one of Bungie Studios, which opened its doors in the process of creating a new universe with Activision called Destiny, and one of Hideo Kojima, who will give you a public demonstration of his new Fox Engine Metal Gear Solid and discuss Ground Zero.

GDC 2013 comes to San Francisco, California, March 25-29. Microsoft is rumored to announce the Xbox 720 at the same time.
