World Wrestling Entertainment editor collects license publisher THQ bankruptcy.

The rumors were right. Bloomberg reported today that Take-Two has agreed to acquire the license for the World Wrestling Entertainment THQ video game after the bankruptcy last month.

According to the documents, Take-Two acquisition of the license will save millions of minimizing the impact on the WWE and developer Yuke.

    "By working together to develop games WWE transition to the future, the parties have limited the damage to the WWE Yuke, which, in turn, agreed to a substantial reduction of their claims" against THQ, counsel for Take-Two said in court documents.
