We go hands-on with Nemesis and Doctor Strange, Seth Killian breaks their quirks, and Ryota Niitsuma discusses the development of UMvC3.
In between running to appointments and bumping elbows with some 250,000 visitors a day here at Gamescom 2011, we somehow managed to squeeze in some hands-on time with the latest additions to Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3rd We 're talking about Nemesis, Jill Valentine' s supernatural stalker from Resident Evil 3 and Doctor Strange, Master of the mystical arts of the Marvel universe.
As we discover weren 't able all

We 'll start with Nemesis. This character was a sluggish brute whose limited mobility options were to really cause some devastating damage potential offset. His move set is perhaps not as flashy as the game 's other new contenders, but his simplicity, we just want to piece together a few basic combos to play after only a few rounds. And unlike some of the game 's other big hitters, packed a few ranged attacks nemesis to help him deadly at any distance.

Doctor Strange 's command fireball attack and fired a light-energy ring, that the opponent hanging after hit in the air for a moment would. The medium-attack version fired three rings, which struck after a long break. Both versions of the Rings would also be pursuing enemy when they jump or run under them. The heavy version of this command was completely different.
This attack creates a large ball of light, which again would damage enemies, it touches until it mined. Normally, the light ball is just hanging motionless in the air, but we discovered that if you blow it with the normal forward command-and heavy attack, it will project the ball forward. And when the ball is in motion, it is the tracking of their opponents - like a miniaturized version Dormammu 's game flare.
Doctor Strange had also deals with the reverse fire ball movement. Light attack left a yellow ball in the air, while medium-attack left a red ball. We could take up to three fields, and after that, they didn 't a lot. But the heavy attack version was blowing our minds again by firing a green fireball. OK, maybe it wasn 't that impressive, but when we put together the two ideas, we got something that was special. Starting the fireball caused by the balls were used to search for it and ricochets through so many we had before directly at the enemy.

Different combinations of balls produced different results. The most dramatic was three yellow balls, which converts the beam into a fireball projectile that our opponent crumpled. Other combinations of the fire ball travel faster or slower, while another has caused to explode on impact. Another interesting feature was to follow the fireball, the most direct route through the spheres, even if it wasn 't, in what order you put them out. It would go even beyond our character when they fired, if that was where the cabinet was ball.
We have also tried shooting the fireball and then about an area to call it back, but that didn 't work.

While Nemesis had some interesting aspects, Doctor Strange was the star of the show in our time with Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3rd We can 't wait to see how the team from Capcom is the rest of the roster next match. And we 'll be sure to provide you with the latest Ultimate Marvel vs. Capcom 3 News from the upcoming Tokyo Game Show and the New York Comic-Con updates, so stay tuned!
